Delivery & Returns


We aim to fullfill and ship all orders within 3 working days from the order date. If you wish to have an order filled urgently please reach out and we will do our best to help you.

We use PostNL for all of Mull & Mill orders, during these times there may be unexpected delays.

If you have Track & Trace with your order you will be provided with a link to follow the delivery of your item. We strongly recommend you purchase this option especially with international orders.

All our products are thoroughly checked before they are sent and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form.

VAT is added onto the postage costs for UK & Europe. Consequently the amount seen on your parcel may differ from the amount you were charged. 



Since Brexit on Jan 1st 2021 VAT will be added to purchases and the recipient is responsible for these charges.





In the case that you wish to return your order we accept refunds up to 30 days from the delivery date. 

You must return the order to us, in its original condition, within 28 days in order to get an exchange or refund. Items that return in an unsellable condition will not be refunded. Any returned items will be refunded immediately minus the cost of the initial postage fee. 

If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.

If you have received a damaged product please reach out to us via our contact page and we will assist you. 


All efforts are made to ensure that all necessary taxes are paid on completion of the sale. Mull & Mill cannot be held responsible for unforeseen customs and duties incurred.
